What happens after I upload it? Upload the model, choose your material, colour, layer height, infill and quantity, then send the request. We review the model and your preferences before contacting you through WhatsApp with the confirmed price. ### I have an idea, but no 3D model yet. Can you still help? Yes. Choose Request 3D Design and fill in the short form: your name, WhatsApp number, what you need designed and any sketches or photos. We send a confirmation on WhatsApp and talk through the design and its price there before anything is printed. ### Which materials and colours can I choose? We currently support PLA, ABS and PETG for FDM printing. The confirmed colour options are white, black, blue and yellow. ### Can I check my model before I request the quotation? Yes. After selecting a model, the configurator displays an interactive model preview. It also shows the model dimensions, geometric volume, surface area, triangle count and file size when the geometry can be read reliably. ### What print settings can I choose on the website? You can select 0.24 mm Draft, 0.20 mm Standard or 0.16 mm Final details, then enter your preferred infill percentage. These choices are sent with the model as quotation preferences for us to review. ### Will I see the final price immediately? No. The quote page shows an estimate to guide you, and the whole request costs at least Rs. 500. We review your model and selected print preferences, then confirm the actual price with you through WhatsApp. ### How quickly will you reply? During working hours we reply on WhatsApp within 15 minutes of your request. We work weekdays 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM and Saturdays 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM; requests sent at other times are answered when we open. ### How long does printing take? It depends on the part: its size, the settings you choose and the quantity. We tell you the print time together with the confirmed price. ### Can I upload more than one model or request several copies? Yes. You can add several model files, choose settings for each model and set a separate quantity for each one. They can then be included together in the same quotation request. ### Which printing process and printer do you use? We currently use Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM) and print in-house on enclosed Bambu Lab P2S printers. You can choose layer heights down to 0.16 mm. ### Which 3D file formats can I upload? STL, OBJ, 3MF and STEP, up to 20 MB each and 100 MB per request. STL and OBJ files have no unit, so choose millimetres, centimetres or inches when you upload them. ### What is the largest part you can print? Each piece has to fit inside the 256 x 256 x 256 mm build area of our Bambu Lab P2S printers. If your part is larger, message us on WhatsApp before you order. ### Is there a minimum order? Rs. 500 for the whole request, not for each model, so several small parts can share one request. Asking for a quotation is free. ### How do I get my print, and does delivery cost extra? Store pickup in Dehiwala-Mount Lavinia has no delivery charge. PickMe Flash is available, and courier delivery anywhere in Sri Lanka is paid to the courier on delivery, usually around Rs. 500. ## Send it over.
